So I guess I need to tell you about some stuff going on with my blog. As long as I'm doing this, I might as well try to earn a few easy bucks. There will be ads, they will be to 3rd party things I'm unaffiliated with and once you click them you're responsible for any of your info that you give them. I'm supposed to tell you something about privacy and I'm not responsible for any info of yours sifted by these ads.
I'll also be linking to Amazon stuff that you can buy, but I'll typically only do this for things I'd recommend (books, maps, helpful gizmos for family use, etc. Though, I may randomly link to the most expensive item on Amazon I can find, just in case any of you is looking for that thing and my site can convince you that you need it)! So, I don't know really what I'm supposed to write, but now you can't say you weren't somehow forewarned, and I'll probably change this when I find the one page buried in google adsense about what to write on your privacy disclaimer page.
In short, I'm a husband and father with 3 young kids, in grad school and working a social work job... I'll take any extra pennies I can get from small ads and if you feel like buying books through my links (you'll buy them anyway, why not give a few pennies to the common man instead of just the giant ".com" retailers)!
